The reigning Miss Illinois County Fair Queen is Molly Reeves of Danville. She represented the Georgetown Fair at the annual pageant held during the Illinois Association of Agricultural Fairs Convention in January, 2008. As the 49th Miss Illinois County Fair Queen, Reeves will be the official hostess of the Illinois and DuQuoin State Fairs. She will also travel throughout the state this summer to promote county fairs and the state fairs.


Molly is the daughter of Susan Willaman and Art Reeves. She will attend Southern Illinois University this fall to major in Fashion Design with a minor in Spanish. Her long-term career goal is to own and operate an affordable clothing line and give a percentage of the profits to those in need.


Miss Reeves has volunteered her time for a number of causes including Toys for Tots, Relay for Life, MDA and the Girls Club. She is a member of the National College Dean’s List and received Academic Honors from Danville Area Community College.


In her free time, Molly enjoys drawing and painting, running and swimming.
