Jenn Scheitlin of Champaign County was crowned Miss Illinois County Fair Queen by retiring queen, Sarah Irle, also of Champaign County. This was the third time in the Pageant's history that back to back queens from the same county have been selected. The first runner-up represented Jersey County, the second runner-up was from Iroquois County. Other finalists were from Dewitt, Clark, Marion, Sangamon, Richland, Morgan, Clinton, Williamson and Moultrie-Douglas fairs.

Non-finalist Awards were presented to:
Cass County - Personal Interview
Montgomery County - Communication Skills
Coles County - Stage Presence
Macon County - Beauty and Physique

The Ruby Crum Memorial Award was given to Knox County.
